TWO weeks on since the introduction of the new motoring laws (hogging the outside lanes, tailgatting etc) and what impact has this had on 99 per cent of the drivers who constantly do this?

Nothing, it’s the same old story as using mobile phones while driving a few get caught while the majority get away with it.

Which brings me to criticise why the Goverment didn’t introduce a law for not using indicators.

I have noticed that the vast majority of drivers probably don’t know where the indicator is – there must be one in 60 that make the appropriate signals when needed.

So much so that in my 40-odd years of driving I have now fitted a CCTV camera in my car owing to the idiots that fail to indicate and drive like they are the only ones on the road.

So to all out there that don't know where indicator is, it's on the left hand side of the steering column up to turn right down to turn left.

My ten-year-old grandson can follow those simple moves, why can’t adults?
