CAR drivers are moaning about the inconvenience to them from the closure of the Sorrells (off the Manorway) in Stanford-le-Hope.
But what about the inconvenience to pedestrians, who can no longer cross the Manorway?
The powers-that-be have said to use the subway, but have they used it?
It’s dark, dingy, dirty and smelly and when it rains it floods – it’s definitely not a nice place to walk by yourself.
