RAIN did not stop more than 300 people having fun at a school summer fair in Mottingham.
Green Acres Primary School, in Witherston Way, raised more than £500 at its summer fair.
Home School Association chairman Maria Thurston explained the money will go towards new sound and lighting equipment for the school hall.
She said: “Over the last few years, we have raised £7,000 towards new equipment and I want to thank all the volunteers who helped at events.”
