Little Thurrock school is victim of lead thieves

LEAD worth £300 was stolen from a school's roof.

Thieves climbed on to the Little Thurrock Primary School in Rectory Road, Grays and peeled off the lead flashing.

Witnesses to the theft, which happened between 6pm on Sunday, May 4 and 6am the next day, are asked to call Grays police on 0300 333 4444.
