Man in court after violent attack
A MAN accused of violently attacking another man has appeared before magistrates.
Richard Andrew, 29, is alleged to have carried out the assault in Tilbury on November 24, 2007.
Andrew of Dock Road, Tilbury did not enter a plea to causing grievous bodily harm when he appeared at Basildon Magistrates' Court.
He was released on conditional bail and will reappear at Basildon Crown Court on Friday, May 23 for a plea and case management hearing.
