A MAN must await his fate after pleading guilty to possession of amphetamines.
Tony Cleary, 47, was due to stand trial at Basildon Crown Court on Tuesday accused of possessing amphetamines with intent on October 14 last year.
But the prosecution accepted a plea to just possession of the drugs and the case was adjourned for a probation report.
Cleary, of Hollis Place, Grays, was released on unconditional bail and will return to the court for sentence next month.
