YOUTH and Connexions centres in the borough have lots of street entertainment for young people this half-term.
Youngsters aged 11 to 19 are invited to come down to their nearest centre and enjoy a free “Urban Fest” day of streetball, freestyle, breakdance, and street dance with some of the UK’s most talented performers.
The event is on at Stanford Youth & Connexions Centre, Hassenbrook Road, Stanford-le-Hope, on Wednesday, Riverside Youth & Connexions Centre, Quebec Road, Tilbury, on Thursday, and at The Culver Centre, in Daiglen Drive, South Ockendon, on Friday.
Each day will include workshops, performances, competitions, give-aways and prizes.
