YOUNGSTERS who are members of a Special Needs Activity Club in Thurrock recently received awards.
The club provides a variety of social, recreational and educational activities for people with learning and/or physical disabilities including a youth club at Treetops School, Grays, on Thursday evenings during term.
At the presentation night three of the young people were presented with Jack Petchey Awards.
Gateway Bronze certificates and certificates for completing the Gateway Thames Bridge sponsored walk were also given out.
