Rylan makes it through another round of The X-Factor and has a new celebrity fan

Rylan Clark.
RYLAN Clark has found an unlikely fan in Take That’s Robbie Williams.
The Stanford-le-Hope singer survived another round of X-Factor on Sunday night to make it through to the final ten, after his rendition of club anthems On The Floor and Please Don’t Stop The Music kept him out of the bottom two.
Gary Barlow, whose own act Kye Sones found himself in the sing-off with hip-hop duo MK1, slammed 23-year-old Rylan’s performance for the third week in a row on Saturday.
He said: “I'll tell you my problem with this.
“We have ten very talented contestants left and for every week that you're here, one of them is going to be going home.”
Gary also said this should have been Rylan’s best week as he wants to release dance music.
He said: “You should have been the best performer tonight but you were the worst.”
The 41-year-old judge was not amused to hear bandmate Robbie Williams has taken to Twitter to publicly back Rylan, tweeting:
"team Rylan all the way vote Rylan.”
Gary replied: “20 years of knowing each other and it's all over in five letters.”
Another celebrity supporting Rylan is Katie Price, who was in the studio audience on Sunday night to see her pal go through.
Rylan was runner-up on the former glamour model’s reality TV show Signed By Katie Price.
Louis Walsh’s act MK1 were booted out of the competition after the judges were split down the middle and took it to deadlock.
Next week’s show will see the final ten dressing up to perform for Halloween.
Rylan used his performance on Saturday night to apologise for his drunken antics earlier in the week, which saw him and contestant Lucy Spraggan booted out of the five star Corinthia hotel in London.
The contestants are put up there for £500 a night.
An X-Factor spokesperson said: “They have moved to a hotel near the studios after their antics at the weekend. Producers got tough with them so this is punishment for their behaviour.”
