Help celebrate all that's Tilbury

A NEW festival celebrating Tilbury and its history is launching.
Totally Tilbury will take place on Saturday, November 3.
The team is looking for people to help out with parkour, dance, history research, design, music, singing, marketing, theatre, lighting and staging at the event.
