Other full time scores:
FA Trophy:
Romford 1 - 2 Thurrock (from 1-0 down, great result for Fleet)
Grays Athletic 1 - 1 Ashford Town
East Thurrock United 4 - 0 Hastings United (also a great result, Hastings had a near identical start to the season as ETU)
4:53pm
Scrappy but entertaining. AFC Sudbury the better side in the second half, but Tilbury should have won it in the end.
4:51pm
FULL TIME!
Tilbury 1 - 1 AFC Sudbury
4:50pm
Then Aiken misses. He strides through, but with the ball just ahead of him, he fails to get enough on his shot to help it past the sprawling Howe.
Tilbury should have won this at the death.
4:48pm
Tilbury squander the best chance of the game. Danny Francis helps Tom Wraight's cross through to Small. He then only has the keeper to beat, but the ball bounces up awkwardly and Smalls chipped effort goes over.
Tilbury are incensed though. They feel the ball was helped over by Fred Howe. It looked as though the referee was going to book Wraight for dissent, but at the melee calmed, there were no repercussions.
4:46pm
Cleared. But the home side have been better in the last few minutes.
But that's a good move from Yellows. Nice exchange between Cowley and Charge, ends up with Cowley moving in from the left. He shoots though, and it's easily collected by Marrable.
4:43pm
Corner for Dockers now...
4:42pm
Free kick for Tilbury, mid way inside the Sudbury half. Fergus plays it in and Howe gathers unconvincingly.
4:41pm
Sudbury looking more likely to nick all three points at the moment. Tilbury haven't escaped from their own half for a fair while.
4:39pm
Deflected off the wall and caught by Marrable. Disappointing effort - ball almost too close to the goal though - not an easy kick.
4:38pm
Free kick in a dangerous area as Smith hacks down Cowley.
Edge of the box, just to the left of the goal.
4:36pm
Jack Carlile coming off for Tilbury, being replaced by Conor Mead.
Change for the visitors, too: Tom Webb off, Tom Ross on.

Romford 1 Thurrock 1 Turpin 68 mins

4:33pm
Sudbury looking more likely here. Space opening up in front of the Tilbury back four and for the second time in as many minutes, Webb can run at the defence. This time, his cross is collected by Marrable.
4:31pm
Nice stuff from AFC Sudbury. Leon Antoine flicked a header outwide to Tom Webb who ran at the defence, jinked inside and shot just wide from the edge of the area.
4:30pm
Lots going on elsewhere.
Here's it's getting scrappier.
Sudbury change:
Michael Shinn (injured making a tackle on Wraight) is replaced by Stuart Fergus

4:26pm
There's been a lot of aerial pinball today. That's always likely to suit the centre halves - of both sides - and that's what's happening here.
Corner for Sudbury now.
Good corner from Cowley, but it beats everyone and lands with Charge, who 10 yards out launches a half volley a long way over.
4:24pm
Tilbury still trying to create the openings. But in truth, both Thomas and Smith are playing well in the Sudbury defence.
4:21pm
Martin Llewellyn coming off for Jared Small now.
4:20pm
Paul King is currently receiving treatment after falling awkwardly with Bradley Thomas landing on him.
Aaron Matthews has made way for Tom Wraight.
4:17pm
This scoreline is a very fair reflection on the way the game has gone so far.
And it still could go either way. Lots of space opening up as both sides defend and then look to spring clear.
Dockers preparing to make a change.
4:15pm
Just moments before, Dan Francis should have scored but the ball bobbled as he went to tap home from six yards, with the ball bouncing into the arms of Howe. Good work from Aiken in the build up. But from that, Sudbury worked the ball up the pitch to equalise.
4:14pm
I thought about deleting that update at 4.10pm.
The curse of the commentator. It's a good goal from Tom Webb though. The former Tilbury man returns to haunt his old club, collecting the ball on the left, skipping round Danny Smith and shooting left footed into the far corner. Marrable got a hand to it, but couldn't keep it out.
4:11pm
GOAL! Tilbury 1 - 1 AFC SUDBURY - Tom Webb
4:10pm
Tilbury looking solid so far. But have to say, Sudbury looking a little toothless. Very difficult to see where a goal is going to come from for them.
4:04pm
A positive start to the half from Sudbury who have already tested Marrable with a couple of crosses. But a charge down the line by Aiken relieves the early pressure, as he carries the ball the length of the picth.

Other half time scores:

3:50pm
Good half here.
The game started well with both sides playing with vigour and determination. Sudbury in particular looked good in the opening stages.
It was they who fashioned the first chance, when Daniel Charge sent a low shot wide of the goal.
But Aiken's 24th minute strike, a well hit, expertly placed low drive from 25 yards, that separates the two sides at the break.
Yellows best chance to equalise came moments later, but the header was glanced wide.
More to come in the second half, i'm sure. Cowley, the Sudbury rigth winger, looked particularly lively as the first half drew to a close.
Tilbury looking good at the back and clinical up-top.
3:46pm
Good effort by Cowley, cutting in from the left, hurdling a couple of challenges before having a shot deflected into the arms of Marrable.
And that's half-time!
3:45pm
Good run into the box, ball at feet by Aiken. His shot from a tight angle is collected by Howe however. (See what I did there?)
3:42pm
Been a lot of free kick in this half. Particularly in the last 10 minutes or so. The game's got a little untidy.
Tilbury look as though they'll be taking a lead into the break though.
3:40pm
Martin Llewellyn has gone down holding his face following an off the ball incident with Bradley Thomas. Looked like an elbow might have been used, as Henty's ball wide was intercepted and cleared. Not like Llewellyn to go down for no reason - just a question of whether Thomas caught him intentionally or not.
He's showed no remorse, anyway, strolling off to get a drink while Llewllyn is treated. He seems to be ok now though.
3:38pm
Ambitious from Llewellyn as he latches onto a through ball, but tries to chip the keeper from an acute angle, with the keeper more or less on his line.
3:36pm
More good work from Tibury going forward. Dan Francis' movement is excellent.
Aiken, brimming with confidence, wins a corner, which Yellows just about deal with.
3:35pm
Bit of pressure from Sudbury now after being penned back a little in the last 5 minutes. David Cowley gets a good cross in from the right, but there's no one there to challenge for it for Yellows.
3:32pm
Aiken wins Tilbury a corner. Good work from the forward, who, after having his shot deflected harried the defender who fumbled the ball over the touchline.
Aiken's been a real handful for the Yellow's defence in this first half.
3:31pm
Well that superb goal steers Dockers into the lead. The teams have been inseparable up to now.
Sudbury fighting back immediately though, as a header is glanced wide. They're getting some joy with these long balls into the box, but on the whole, King and Nightinghill are dealing with the threat.
Tilbury themselves always look dangerous going forward, getting the ball down and trying to work an opening.
3:26pm
Fantastic strike.
Ball was well won in the middle by Henty, who played it out wide to Llewellyn. He then tucked the ball into Aiken, who got the ball out his feet and unleashed a low strike at goal from 25 yards that nestled into the bottom left corner of the helpless Fred Howe's goal.

3:19pm
Bizarre challenge in the middle of the pitch. James Smith literally piggy backing Llewellyn as he bids to win a Marrable goal kick. Free kick Dockers.
3:16pm
Goal! East Thurrock 1 - Hastings 0 - Kye Ruel 12 mins
— @eastthurrocksco 29 September 2012
3:16pm
Sudbury looking good from set pieces, as James Smith heads over from a corner.
Tilbury edging their way back into the game now, but that was a decent five minute spell for the visitors.
3:15pm
Marrable forced to tip a Charge cross over the bar. Corner ball.
Good break by Yellows. Loading the backpost with men, but Charge's cross wasn't quite good enough.
The resulting corner is excellent though and Michael Shinn, the Sudbury skipper gets up brilliantly to head at goal.
His effort is prevented from flying into the top corner by Danny Smith on the line!
3:07pm
Great chance for Dockers now as Llewellyn fires just wide, his shot from 15 yards taking a deflection. The chance was born out of AFC Sudbury's failure to clear their lines.
3:05pm
There's the best chance of the game so far.
It falls to Daniel Charge for Sudbury as the Tilbury defenders fail to deal with a long ball. A poor header lands at the feet of Charge who only has the keeper to beat.
He tries to steer the ball into the bottom left, but puts it wide.
Sudbury having the better of the opening moments here.
3:03pm
Good start to this game. Both sides looking positive and both have had the ball in the box. No chances just yet but an encouraging start nonetheless.
3:01pm
In contrast, Tilbury have started this season where they left off from the last.
That said, it took a last minute goal from Aaron Matthews for Dockers' to nick a point away to Soham Town Rangers last weekend.
2:59pm
TILBURY get us underway here!
