A PINK Floyd tribute band will be hoping to raise lots of cash for two hospices when they perform in Grays.

Any Colour You Like will be at the Thameside Theatre, in Orsett Road, on Saturday, September 22, raising money for St Luke’s Hospice, in Basildon, and Farleigh Hospice, in Chelmsford. The band will perform from 7.30pm to 11pm and tickets are £12.50.

If you can’t get along to the tribute night, but would still like to support St Luke’s, you and your dog can get involved with the hospice’s annual sponsored dog walk on Sunday, October 14.

This year the Pooch N Boots event is being held at Westley Heights, in Langdon Hills.

There will be the usual one mile walk for puppies and older dogs, and a four-mile walk for those who fancy more of a trek.

There will also be competitions for best dressed, best behaved and prettiest pooch, as well as a raffle and stalls selling refreshments and accesories for dogs.
