A MILLIONAIRE in Essex still doesn’t know they are sitting on a fortune.
The National Lottery is seeking seven secret millionaires - including one in Thurrock.
Each won £1million in the EuroMillions Millionaire Raffle on the opening night of the Olympic Games, which broke the world record for millionaires made in one draw.
So far 93 winners have claimed their money and, as the London 2012 Games draw to a close, the areas in which the missing millionaires bought their tickets can now be disclosed.
Ticketholders have until 11pm on January 23 to make their claim.
A National Lottery spokesman said: "We urge every player to check their tickets as they could be one of our missing millionaires. The clock is now ticking for these ticketholders and we want to be presenting them with their giant cheque so they can start enjoying their win as soon as possible."
Anyone who believes they have the winning ticket should call the National Lottery Line on 0845 910 0000.
