Adult college enrolment now open

ENROLMENT for September courses at Thurrock Adult Community College is open.
Courses range from English, maths, IT, British sign language, business, hairdressing, counselling and much more.
Thurrock Adult Community College is the adult education provider service for Thurrock Council and all courses are part-time and available in the morning, afternoon or evening.
More than 3,500 people enrolled in the last academic year, and now college bosses are hoping for a similar take up this year.
A spokesman said: “In recognition of the difficult times all of us are currently experiencing we have frozen our fees at the 2011/12 level.
“In fact many of our courses are designed to help people back into work, or prepare for the next stage in their career by increasing their skills.
“We particularly welcome new learners, and will take the time and care to ensure that you are on the right course for your needs.”
