Congratulations to Barry Palmer on retaining his seat on the Council. Considering the blatent overkill that everybody suffered at the hands of the Labour Candidate, seven flyers I received though my door in the run up and then when I arrived at the polling station a young immigrant try to stuff another flyer in my hand for the Labour candidate. Now it appears that a racial abuse complaint has put in regarding Barry Palmer, what was they hoping for, for him to get arrested. And as for the Labour candidate, hang your head in shame at the tactics you used to try and bull doze yourself into office. People all over the country are suffering at the hands of the Labour Government's policy's. Also learn to answer a straight question without all the political waffle that you came out with to one of my friends, which you did not answer, or could not? Well done Barry.

It appears that John Purkiss is at the center of the racial complaint. What a load of tosh, John and Barry are not racialist at all. Labour trick for attention seeking. Really pleased the Labour candidate didn't get in. lol. If the complainer cannot speak English, how does he/she know she was abused????

This is why I will never vote Labour again. It is the party of the immigrant and multi culturalism. RIP the Labour party of the British working person.

You couldn't meet two nicer people than Barry and John. They also work very hard for the people in East Tilbury and Linford. There were some very unpleasant feelings caused by the heavy handed tactics of the Labour candidate and his many associates in the ward. Thrusting leaflets at people and harassing them is not going to get them to vote for you - probably the opposite.
