Local election results: Aveley and Uplands, Chafford and North Stifford, Grays Thurrock

UKIP have taken their first seat in the Aveley and Uplands ward, candidate Robert Ray got 495 votes.
Garry Hague held his seat in Chafford and North Stifford for the Conservatives with 610 votes.
Veteran councillor Yash Gupta held his seat in Grays Thurrock for Labour with 1073 votes.
