BIKE charity Sustrans has lined up a number of family cycle rides.
On Sunday, May 6, there will be a ride around Davy Down, in South Ockendon, starting from 10am in the car park next to the visitors’ centre, off Stifford Road.
There will also be a marshalled walk around Davy Down for non-riders.
On Sunday, June 10, there is a ride from Davy Down to the visitors’ centre at RSPB Rainham Marshes, in Purfleet, at 10am.
On Sunday, August 12, at 10am, there will be a ride from Grays Beach, meeting at the cafe, to Chafford Hundred Gorges. On September 9 there is another ride from Davy Down to Rainham Marshes at 2pm.
