A MAN accused of raping a woman has had his case adjourned.
Adekunle Adeleye, 40, of Nightingale Court, Chafford Hundred, is alleged to have attacked a 25-year-old woman in the town after meeting her in Galleon Road on Friday, December 4.
Appearing at Basildon Crown Court yesterday, by video link from Belmarsh prison, in South east London, he did not enter a plea.
Adeleye will remain in custody before he appears at court again on April 29.
