A TUBE sex stalker is facing jail for repeatedly touching up a legal secretary on her morning commute.

Eren Erenbilge, 27, of London Road, Purfleet, groped his pretty 23-year-old victim as she made her way to work on the Central Line.

When the shocked office worker told him to leave her alone, Erenbilge taunted her: "Stop acting like a kid. This is 2009 love."

The car sprayer now faces jail after he was convicted of two counts of sexual assault by a Southwark Crown Court jury.

Erenbilge had deliberately targeted his victim over a six week period, staring at her and intimidating her on a number of occasions as she travelled to Tottenham Court Road from her home in Upminster, East London.

The witness said that she saw pony-tailed Erenbilge standing near her and staring on two other occasions before he assaulted her for the first time.

She said that she tried to avoid him after seeing him on the platform at West Ham, but he followed her on to her train.

She said: "I looked round and he was following me, I just got on the train and he got on it with me.

"He touched me on my right thigh with his right hand, about five or six inches below my bum.

"I just wanted him to get off me. I was too scared to say anything to him.

Eventually Erenbilge got off the train at Chancery Lane, the court heard.

The victim said that after the initial assault she tried to avoid the defendant by taking a later train, but she continued to see him from time to time.

Jurors heard he again assaulted her on November 14, this time on a crowded Central line train.

She said: "I shouted to him, told him to get off, stop touching me.

"He told me to Eff off. He said 'it’s 2009 love' and that I need to grow up.

"'Stop acting like a kid' is what he said."

Jurors laughed as the witness added: "It wasn't even 2009."

Erenbilge denied two counts of sexual assault, the first between October 1 and November 13, 2008, and the second on November 14, 2008.

Judge Deborah Taylor adjourned sentencing until December 9 so reports can be compiled.
