A CHARITY shoot has been organised to raise funds for Little Havens Children’s Hospice.

The British Phoenix Gun Club will hold the event at Brewers Farm behind the Dog & Partridge pub on Brentwood Road, Orsett on Saturday July 18 from 10am.

It will be a 50 bird compact course for single guns, with a presentation of trophies by the Mayor of Thurrock afterwards.

The fee for the day is £25.00 plus cartridges, only fibre wads are permitted.

There will be refreshments available on the day as well as tuition if it is required.

Participants are asked to park on the field and not in the pub car park.
