A MAN has been charged and appeared in court in connection with an aggravated burglary in Aveley.
Police arrested and charged Ellis, 18, of St Michael’s Way, Brighton, with aggravated burglary with intent and two counts of burglary and theft.
He appeared at Basildon Magistrates’ Court today.
The arrest follows an aggravated burglary in Bredle Way at around 12.55pm on Tuesday, March 20.
Police arrested an 18-year-old man from Leigh-on-Sea and a 25-year-old man from Brentwood that day and they have this week been released without charge.
An 18-year-old man was arrested in Leicestershire on Wednesday, May 16, and he has been released under investigation.
