Man in court today charged with rape
A man will appear in court today charged with raping a woman in September of last year.
Marian Neagu, 31, of Castle Road, Grays, will appear at Basildon Magistrates’ Court.
The charge has been brought in connection with an alleged incident near to Church Road, Tilbury on Saturday September 9.
A 30-year-old man who was also arrested in connection with the same incident, will face no further action.
