A court date has been set for the next hearing of a teenager who has been charged with the murder of Daniel Adger.
Zakaria Lahrar, 19, was arrested on September 16 and became the second man to be charged with the murder of 34-year-old Daniel.
Mr Adger, a father-of-two, died from his injuries after a knife attack in Eden Green, South Ockendon on August 21.
Lahrar will next appear at Basildon Crown Court on October 31.
In total, seven people have been arrested in connection with the crime.
Lee Dowman, 50, of Lytton Road, Grays, was charged earlier this month and will also appear at Basildon Crown Court on October 31.
Four other people were arrested on suspicion of murder and released on police bail.
A 31 year-old woman from South Ockendon, a 22 year-old woman from London, a 32 year-old man of no fixed address and a 42 year-old man from Tilbury have all since been released under investigation.
A 30-year-old man from Barking who was also arrested on suspicion of murder has been released under investigation.
