A woman who was arrested on suspicion of the murder of Daniel Adger in South Ockendon has been released on police bail.
The woman, 21, from London, was the sixth person to be arrested in connection with the death of the 34-year-old man from South Ockendon.
Daniel Adger was airlifted to hospital but died from serious injuries after an alleged attack in Eden Green on the afternoon of Monday, August 21.
The woman was arrested on Friday and has been released on police bail until September 26.
Lee Dowman, 50, of Lytton Road, Chadwell St Mary's, is the only suspect to have been charged with murder.
The CPS have confirmed that Dowman will enter a plea at his next hearing on January 31, 2018 and a provisional trial date has been set for February 2 next year.
Dowman was arrested in the early hours of Friday, August 25 and has been remanded into custody.
Four other people have been arrested on suspicion of murder in connection with the death.
A 41-year-old man from Tilbury has been bailed until September 21
A 31-year-old woman from South Ockendon has been bailed until September 21.
A 30-year-old man has been released under investigation.
A 32-year-old man has been bailed until September 25.
