The brother of a man who was killed at a petrol station has paid tribute to him on his 21st birthday.

Quhey Saunders, of Stanford-le-Hope, died from serious head injuries in the incident which took place at Cobham Services, in Surrey, on June 26.

He would have celebrated his 21st birthday exactly three weeks later.

His brother, Luke, took to social media to pay tribute to his much loved brother.

He wrote: “With a heavy heart I wanna wish my baby brother Quhey a happy 21st birthday.

“I can’t call you a baby no more because you was bigger than me in the end and made more of a man than I will ever be, but you still looked up to me .

“You would turn to me if you was in trouble or you needed something because you know I would die for you.

“I just wish I was there with you that day in the petrol station.”

Quhey’s organs have been donated and been used to save other people’s lives.

His brother continued: “You have inspired thousands of people from different countries to donate there organs too .

“Your legacy will live on don’t you worry.

“Nothing in my life will ever be worth it now that your gone.

“Nothing I ever achieve will ever feel good enough because it doesn’t bring you back.

“All I can do is keep the family together and do my best to do you proud but you know you were the rock of our family it was you who kept us together when things went wrong.

“You were too good for this world Quhey and the good die young my brother.”
