Traffic is heavy on the Dartford Crossing and M25 this morning after an earlier crash and emergency repairs.
Delays and queueing traffic is building up on the A2 Westboung between the A296 and Darenth Interchange due to an accident this morning.
Lane one of four reopened at 5.50am after being closed by emergency services as a safety precaution.
Traffic was briefly held while police moved a car to the hard shoulder after hitting the central reservation. All lanes have been re-opened but traffic is very heavy in the area.
The accident has been cleared for quite some time but delays have now merged with the normal morning congestion preventing them from clearing.
There is also heavy traffic on the A282 anticlockwise between the M25 Canterbury Way and A1306 Arterial Road West Thurrock.
This is due to emergency repairs by Highways England. The East Bore was originally fully reopened after being closed earlier but Highways have re closed one lane.
