Plans to build ten new flats and children's nursery given go ahead
PLANS to build a children's nursery and ten new flats have been given the go ahead.
Thurrock Council planning officers have backed an application from Wildan Developments to carry out the work in Calcutta Road, in Tilbury.
The existing building was originally constructed as a labour exchange, then used as a doctor’s surgery, which has since moved to the nearby medical centre, and is now used as a children’s nursery.
