A PRODUCTION centre is welcoming visitors for special tours.
The Royal Opera House Bob and Tamar Manoukian Production Workshop and Costume Centre, in Vellacott Close, Purfleet, is giving members of the public the chance to take a look around the facilities.
Gabrielle Forster-Still, head of learning and participation in Thurrock for Royal Opera House, said: “It’s great to be able to show the skill and artistry of our very talented craftspeople whose contribution can go unnoticed.”
Tours run regularly throughout the year on Fridays at 11am, 1.30pm and 3pm.
Tickets are £8 for adults, £7.50 for seniors and students and £7.50 for children under 16. They can be booked in person at the Royal Opera House Box Office or by phone on 020 7304 4000. Full details of the dates and times of tours can be found at www.roh.org.uk
