Police investigating a road crash in Grays in which a moped rider died are appealing for anyone who may have how the vehicle was being ridden prior to the collision to come forward.
A lorry and a black Piaggio moped were in collision on London Road at around 12.15pm on Monday, October 3, near the Stoneness Roundabout.
The moped rider, 25-year-old Grant Prince from Grays, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigating officer Pc Wells 1421 said: "Any fatal incident is tragic and we are keen to find anyone who saw the moped in the minutes prior to the collision.”
