V Festival line-up to be announced later this month
THIS year’s V Festival line-up will be announced later this month.
The festival, which takes place at Hylands Park in Chelmsford, will announce the first wave of acts for August’s festival on Monday, February 22.
It was rumoured over the weekend that Justin Bieber has been offered a slot on the bill.
Tickets for the event will go on sale on February 25 for Essex residents, and February 26 for everyone else.
