A South Ockendon woman has been fined £75 for dropping a cigarette butt from her car.
The 29-year-old Ockendon woman, who has not been named, was spotted throwing a cigarette butt from the driver’s window of a car at the junction of Daiglen Drive and Stifford Road, South Ockendon.
Harold Wood, who works for Havering company DG Solutions of Southend Arterial Road, was also fined £50 for chucking out 'bundles of paper' from his vehicle at the Treacle Mine roundabout in Grays.
He seen throwing out paper on August 20 on the A1012 slip road from the A13 to the roundabout.
Both drivers were reported to the council who sent them fixed penalty notices.
