A 17-YEAR-OLD has wowed X Factor judges at the first round of auditions.

Louisa Johnson, from Chafford Hundred, received a standing ovation from each of the show’s judges and a packed Wembley Arena after an impressive rendition of the Jackson 5's 'Who's Lovin You?'.

Before heading out on the stage, a nervous Louisa described this as her life’s ambition.

She said: “This is literally my life, and I’ve been working towards this moment.”

Louisa then went onto to stun the judges as her moment of stardom unfolded before viewers on ITV.

X Factor judge, Cheryl Fernandez-Versini described her as “a little superstar.”

Simon Cowell said: “That is what you call, a singer. You are the one to beat right now. It was an incredible performance.”

For her fantastic performance, the teenager received the thumbs up from all four judges, with Cowell stating he hopes to mentor her in the show’s later stages.

Louisa revealed former X Factor winner Leona Lewis as an inspiration and hopes to follow in her footsteps.

The new series of the X Factor continues on Sunday, August 30 at 8pm on ITV.
