THE Spaniard Guillermo Garcia-Lopez knows what to expect today in the third round of the AEGON Championships at Queen's Club.

Not only will top-seed Andy Murray be on the other side of the net, but the big crowd will be right behind the Scot.

The Spaniard set up his clash against the tournament favourite with success against Gilles Muller, and he will take inspiration from having won his first career ATP title on clay in Kitzbuhel last month.

"It's going to be difficult, it will be a big crowd who will all be with him," said Garcia-Lopez "He is No.3 in the world, is playing really well and he'll be playing on his best surface, and it is not for me."

Murray was not troubled against Andreas Seppi in the last round, winning 6-1, 6-4.

"I started the match very well," said the man from Dunblane.

"My serve could have been a little bit better, but I was happy with the way I moved and didn't make too many errors."

However, Murray admits Garcia-Lopez is an unknown quantity. "I don't think I've ever played him before but he won his first tournament just before the French Open," he said.

"Muller, whom he has beaten beat, won the junior Wimbledon title, so, you know, he's a tough grass court player."

MOTORSPORT: Scotland's Allan McNish drove his diesel-engined Audi to the fastest time in the opening practice session for this year's Le Mans 24 Hours Race.

The 39-year-old, who won last year's event, set a time of 3min.30.708sec around the 8.47-mile track in the six-hour session that was affected by rain.

McNish said: "It was damp in places when I set the fastest time early in the session but there was no grip so it's an unrepresentative time as to what can be achieved in qualifying."
