BANGKOK: Briton Christopher Moon, from Reading, Berkshire, was last

night reported to have been released safe and well after being kidnapped

and held hostage for three days by the Khmer Rouge in Cambodia. He was

working for the Halo Trust, a London-based charity involved in mine

clearance run by Colonel ''Mad Mitch'' Mitchell, former Aberdeen MP and

Colonel of the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders in Aden.
