Witnesses sought after hit and run with cyclist
WITNESSES are being sought after a hit and run in Shoebury.
A four wheeled drive car collided with a cyclist at the junction of Mountbatten Drive and Frobisher Way at about 5.50pm on February 2, leaving the cyclist in his forties with a fractured right collar bone.
However the motorist failed to stop after the incident.
The cyclist was unable to provide any further description of the car but anyone who may have witnessed the collision is asked to contact PC Matt Ayling at Laindon Road Policing Unit on non-emergency number 101.
