PARENTS are gearing up for the popular Santa in the Woods event at Langdon Hills Country Park.
The event is organised by the park’s rangers and friends – the event involves a walk in the woods with a difference.
Guests can follow Dorothy on her search for the Wizard of Oz and meet some of her friends along the way.
The walk will finish at a Santa’s cabin with presents for the kids.
The walks will run from Westley Heights, Langdon Hills Country Park on the weekends of 6/7 and 13/14 December.
Tickets are £12 per child - accompanying adults go free – and will be available from Friday.
The Thameside box office is available online through Thurrock Council’s website at thurrock.gov.uk/theatre, by telephone on 0845 300 5264 (Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm) or face-to-face at the Thameside complex in Orsett Road, Grays, between 10am and 1pm on Saturdays.
