THE Salvation Army is holding its fourth Holiday at Home for lonely and older people.
It started yesterday (Wednesday) and continues today and tomorrow between 10.30am and 4pm, at the Salvation Army, in Corringham Road.
Guests can look forward to activities including the chance to make a memory book, taking part in a seaside-themed fun day and enjoying a short musical performance.
The costs are £2 per session, or £3 per day with lunch.
Organisers are also looking for volunteers to help out. For more details, contact Sharon King on 01375 360661.
