HEARTLESS yobs stole toys and damaged items on the grave of a young child.
Police are appealing for information after a woman reported that Mickey Mouse toys placed on the grave in memory of her son were TWICE taken from Chadwell St Mary cemetary in Brentwood Road between July 13 and 17.
On July 29, the grieving mother also reported that balloons and cards had been damaged.
Investigating officer Pc Stuart Rawlings said: "This is a heinous offence which is inexcusable and I would appreciate receiving any information about who is responsible."
