Night in raises £400 for Macmillan
STAFF, tenants and friends from the Mahoney Hall complex in Tilbury raised over £400 for Macmillan Cancer Support with a Night In.
The event on Wednesday, May 28 included many activities such as stalls selling handmade jewellery, cards, decorated glass and a beautician.
A raffle was also organised at the Fairfax Road complex, with prizes donated by the residents. Refreshments and a quiz were also organised.
The hall was a hive of activity throughout and raised £414 with donations still being made.
