THAMESIDE Nature Park is making some very early preparations for Hallowe’en – and wants you to help.
The Stanford-le-Hope reserve is planting a pumpkin field ready for carving when All Hallows comes round in October.
The seeds being used are from last year’s carving session and visitors are invited to come along and help plant them on Wednesday (May 28th) between 10am and noon at the Cory Visitors’ Centre.
Those helping to plant the spooky squashes are also invited to come back to centre to watch them grow.
