A NEW Co-op store has opened in Corringham.
The store, which used to be the Catcracker Pub on the Sorrells, opened on Thursday, April 17.
Within the grocery shop is an on-site bakery, sandwiches, hot snack, chilled off-licence and food from local producers. Shoppers will be able to buy lottery tickets and postage stamps and pay bills via Paypoint.
The over 50’s community choir, Thurrock Golden Voices, opened the store which is the Co-operative Society, Chelmsford Star’s, 39th convenience outlet.
