New trees fro Blackshots allotment site
AROUND 500 small trees were planted on the allotment site in Blackshots.
The planting, which took place on April 6, was in conjunction with the Friends of Blackshots and was supporeted by Luke Love and Liz Woods from Thurrock Council.
Mike Lee, Gareth Thomas-Impey, Joe Kelly, Mr and Mrs Evers and Conservative ward councillors Ben Maney and Joy Redsell were among those who defied the rain to help plant the trees.
