THE official opening of the Woolston Sixth Form was celebrated on Friday.
The Mayor of Warrington, Clr Peter Carey, was joined by parents and pupils to mark the opening of facilities, which is the first of its kind in the borough.
This is the first phase in the Woolston Learning Village development - an £8million site for children with special educational needs.
Around 30 students are already using the site and will be joined by the remaining pupils from Fox Wood and Green Lane Community Special Schools in September.
