POLICE are appealing for information after a car was damaged following an incident at the Five Bells junction near Stanford-le-Hope.
A 22-year-old woman from Grays driving home from work in Basildon between 5.30pm and 6pm on Sunday, March 2, in her red Ford Fiesta, when she was involved in an incident with the driver of a blue Renault Clio.
The woman pulled out from the Five Bells junction when the driver of the Clio is alleged to have come up fast behind her car. It is believed some items were then thrown at her car from the Clio causing damage to her windscreen.
She managed to drive her vehicle home.
The incident is thought to have happened on the A13 London bound between Five Bells and Stanford-le-Hope.
