Navigator Tristan Gooley will be talking about his new book
THE Thurrock Thameside Nature Park will play host to a talk by the only living man to have flown and sailed across the Atlantic solo.
Tristan Gooley is coming to the park on Mucking Wharf Road on Thursday, March 6, as part of the Essex Book Festival.
He will be talking about his new book The Natural Navigator and reliving some of his epic journeys.
The event starts at 7pm.
