Second crash involving a motorcyclist in Grays
THE A1306 Arterial Road is closed in both directions following a collision between a motorcyclist and a car.
The Gazette understands the accident happened outside the Harvester pub, between the B186 Pilgrims Lane and A1012 Elizabeth Road, Treacle Mine roundabout, at around 5pm.
Severe delays are being reported in the area.
Ensignbus is reporting severe delays to its routes 22, 33, 66 and 88. The latter two routes are being diverted.
This is the second serious crash involving a motorcyclist in Thurrock today. Earlier this afternoon, a motorcyclist was airlifted to hospital following a crash on Eastern Way in Grays town centre.
