A BROKEN down lorry left one lane of the A13 Southend-bound blocked for over six hours earlier today.
A blue Scania tipper lorry shed its tyre around 8am near to the A128 junction at Orsett. The incident caused delays and slow moving traffic between Stanford-le-Hope and the Five Bells Interchange.
The lorry was cleared and the blocked lane reopened shortly before 2.30pm.
