Man denies pub assault
A 23-YEAR-OLD man has denied a serious assault at a Stanford pub.
Perry Placey, of Webster Road, Stanford, pleaded not guilty to causing grevious bodily harm at the Inn on the Green, in The Green.
The offence is alleged to have happened on July 27 last year.
The case has been sent to Basildon Crown Court where Placey will enter a plea on 7 April.
