A CHARTER that provides help to war veterans in the borough is to be reviewed by Thurrock Council.

They are asking groups and individuals a series of questions to see if the charter is working and if improvements need to be made.

Any organisations that would like to take part in the consultation are asked to contact community@thurrock.gov.uk before February 14.

Questions being asked include:

Do you feel there is a good understanding of the Charter across services in Thurrock?

Do you think the Charter has been well implemented in the borough?

Do you feel the Charter has helped support any needs or issues you have had since its introduction?

Has the Charter helped any contact you have with services be more effective, efficient and accessible?

Are there any examples where you do not feel the Charter has had the positive impact that you felt it might?
