SEVERAL items of jewellery have been found in a Grays side street, and police now want to reunite them with their owner.
Officers discovered the bracelets, earrings and rings in a hedge on Advice Avenue on December 30.
PCSO Bill Sparks said: "We’re not sure if someone has actually just left them there no longer wanting the jewellery or whether they have been dumped there by a burglar who has thought that they were of little resale value.
“There is a bracelet engraved with the name ‘Susan’. We would like to reunite them with their rightful owners.”
Anyone who believes they are the rightful owners of any item are urged to contact PCSO Bill Sparks at Grays police station on 101
